When you visit our office for the first time, you'll be greeted by one of our team members and offered a complimentary refreshment. Dr. Franklin reviews your paperwork and then meets and gets to know you.

To ensure that your appointment begins on time, we've made new patient forms available on our website. Please download and complete them before arriving. If you have trouble downloading our forms or you have a question about them, don't hesitate to contact our office.

Medical Insurance

All services at Honor Franklin Myofunctional and Speech Clinic are private pay and fees will be collected on the day of service. Following payment, Honor Franklin Myofunctional and Speech Clinic will provide the paperwork that will contain the insurance codes that are required by insurance providers. It is the patient's responsibility to submit the appropriate paperwork to their insurance providers for possible reimbursement.

Payment and Financing

We are happy to accept payment with cash, check, and all major credit cards.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us 24 hours/ one business day before your scheduled appointment. If you don't attend your appointment or you cancel it less  than 24 hours or the same day, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
